Differences Between 2007, 2008, and 2009 Rubicon
The front was also called fold and tumble with the TJ when it had the same behavior. The 09s did not get this feature. The 2dr JKs still have the same ridiculous seat that slides forward. They did relocate the seatbelt off the seat in 2008 but 2009 never got the fold and tumble in the front they way everyone expected.
It's strange the way the JK lost a lot of the features of earlier Jeeps. It's like different people designed them and weren't allowed to look at designs from the past.
They don't have the fold and tumble front.
They don't have the bent edge visor. (though they list it as an improvement for 09 and show pics of one in their marketing material but none have it.)
The TJs had the tow hook on the side. 07 and 08 JKS had it in the middle causing the conflict with the receiver.
It's almost like they want you to think they are making improvements but all they are doing is adding the stuff that all previous Jeeps already had.

To be precise. The driver and passenger TJ seats were fold and tumble. The drivers had the "memory" function added in 05 that goes back to the last seating position. YJs also had fold and tumble. My CJ had it but it had aftermarket brackets and seats. I don't know if that was standard back then.
