I just got new tires from Discount and they only charged me for "rebuilding" the TPMS in 4 of the tires?

The fifth tire was the spare that I had a new rim for. I'm thinking they forgot to swap it.?!

Sounds like it, yes all five should have TPMS. "Rebuilding" wow that is a churched up name for removing the 11mm? nut, dropping the sensor and reinstalling the 11mm nut. What crap.

You'll definitely find out the first time you rotate them.

The spare is not factored into the TPMS system while the car is on though. Right now my spare doesn't have a sensor and I have no TPMS light.
