There is a spray on adhesive that you can spray on the back of your pads. I used it on my TJ and it silenced the front discs. Its available at any part stores.

Ours have never made any noise, and the stopping power is extremely effective. Build date of Oct.06

What is it called? You spray it between the brake and rotor? You only need to do the fronts?

My have developed a very slight squeal lately but it goes away after one normal stop. It's only there if you very lightly press on the brake pedal. Once it goes away it doesn't come back until the next day.

Thanks, I may give that a try:

Is there a lip on the front and back edge, or just front? Was the lip just in one spot or all the way around the circumference of the rotor.
