Do you rotate your spare?
Measure them. Not sure the best number, but I'm sure you could find out. If still within a 1/4" or so I'd be comfortable.
I'll go against the common response and say no I do not rotate the spare. I find a worn half bald spare mounted in plain sight looks terrible, and a tire cover even worse. I have 35yr old vehicals with the original 35yr old spare not dry rotted and look fine. Of course I'm not planning a cross continent drive on a 35yr old tire, but as a spare it's still what it is, a spare that will work in a pinch.
I definitely rotate the spare in. These 35" mickey's cost too much to not rotate in.
And when I do puncture a sidewall on one of my four tires, the spare has similar tread wear to the other 3 good tires

Or for the remote chance you ever get a flat its like insurance on the back of the jeep . Least that's how I look at itspare

I think you answered your own question. If you don't understand the mis-matched spare, then rotate all 5. That way, when it's time to replace, you can go with a different brand/size/model and not have the unused spare to deal with. If you do go with the same tire, no harm. You'll have to buy all 5 again, but you will have gone approx. 20% longer between replacement than without rotating the spare.

Folks report problems using a "new" spare put into the mix with 3 well-worn tires.
Wheel speed sensors codes, if I remember, etc.
They date code tires for a reason. Plus the TPMS battery won't last forever.
