if there is a place where i can find a cargo net for my jeep and not have to pay a lot of money for one? or where i can find strapping for cheap to make one?

I assume you mean the netting that goes over the roll bars (or did you mean that is used to secure cargo to a rack?). Anyway, this is about the cheapest commercial product. Not as nice as the more expensive ones, but maybe it will work for you ...

yea i saw that one. funny thing is that at quadratec its 120 bucks i think. on amazon its 66 bucks.

smittybilt is the cheapest you're going to find for a "decent" cargo restraint system....if you want a really good one, go DirtyDog, Safari Straps, or Nack Attack.

you can also find materials at camping stores. I found cheap webbing at campmor..com
