Dome light won't turn off

I don't know man. Maybe put the doors back on then before you take them off next time shut off the lights on the tree. Maybe a funky computer thing.

Try unplugging the harnesses in your fuse (under hoof) box, that will reset (should) everything...

Weird. I haven't taken the doors off my JK yet but my TJ and LJ you always had to pull the fuse. It was a dedicated fuse for riding without doors. Or you could wire a kill switch.

I've had this happen before. I didn't realize that the dash light dimmer, if turned too far, will activate the dome light and it won't shut off until you turn the dash light down.

The dome light is on a timer when you open the doors, so when you take off the doors, it should turn off by itself and that should be the last time you had to deal with it. I forget if my kight turned on after I shut down the Jeep, but if it did I turned it off. In either case, the light is on a timer and should evebually shut down. I'd take it to a dealer and have them check the programing.

That is what my LJ did if I didn't pull the fuse. So most of the time I didn't bother to pull it.
