Default door and hardtop seals

Wondering if anyone has insight to what i can put on my door seals and the seals around the hardtop when i put them in storage for the summer....so far i dont have any leaks and would like to keep my seals in good shape they look like they are drying out a little

you can go to a rv shop to get this. they sell some spray on conditioner and protectant in a can for the rubber seals around slide outs. it works very well and i use it on my rv. this would also work great for any rubber seals on the jeep.
