door help

door help
i painted my door hinges today with bed liner and now my passenger side door isn't sealing well in the upper rear corner. other than removing everything and trying again, can someone offer me some advice on an easier way to line things up?

Adjustment: untight the bolts of the hinges, put the door in the good position and tight the bolts. Takes about 10 minutes
