This is a common problem! I had the dealership re-paint mine when the Jeep had 32,000 miles on it. I went to the dealership on Saturday to show them the bubbles again! I now have 81,000 miles. They took pictures and said they would let me know what Crystler says! I know of two other Jeeps (friends of mine) that had them re-painted as well.

This is very common it also happened to mine but I think I might rhino line them to keep it from happening again.

Very common. One half of the hinge is steel the other half is aluminum. Add any moisture and you get galvanic corrosion. The less noble of the two metals essentially sacrifices itself (the aluminum) thus the bubbling you're seeing. How the engineers at Chrysler missed this is astounding. I've had mine painted once and all that paint is falling off again. idiots.

I already had mine done. They will either sandblast the hinges or order new ones

I took mine off the doors and got them sand blasted. Then hit them with a lot of thin coats of bed liner
