So I snapped the threads off 2 of my hinges for my doors so I ordered new ones ( before you can say it I know I dont need them but Im alittle OCD about my cars). Anyway, is there an easy way to remove them with out throwing the door off to where its funky to close?

My idea was to just leave the door on, unbolt the hinge, lift it up and out and re-install.

Thoughts?

 

I just marker where mine where, took them off, then reinstall.

I also used a 6 foot level, to make sure it was all even. This will only work if your ground is flat too.

I just dont want my door to sag after I open it my driver side one does that alittle already so I figure Ill fix 2 things at once!! Guh I also fear of doing this multiple times. Did you just order the stock hinges or after market?

I ordered these for the driver and passenger side
