You did remove the bolts? If you did, just lift while moving the door back and forth. Might take some lifting - just keep the windows down..

I initially needed to use a floorjack to get mine off. I just used a piece of wood (4x4) between the door and the jack, with a towel on top of it to keep the paint from being damaged.

had this issue with my old TJ...you and one other will help out a lot. if one is pushing/pulling upward while the other chucklehead is rocking it back and forth it should help as long as you lubricated it as well. once off make sure you clean the hinges..look for any bur's and take some sandpaper to them. i always like to put some white lithium grease in the hinge twice a year...so i dont run into the issue that you are having.

I had the same problem with my 07 JKU, it was hot out and it took me an hour by myself. Hardest doors of all my Wranglers to remove, the back doors were harder than the front. They will come off though, keep em greased!
