X2 with the lithium grease.
I had a heck of a time taking my rear doors off the first time after a winter of salt and road crap.
A bit of Lithium grease on the hinge pins before putting them back on
and they slide off much easier now.
At the beginning of winter I'll probably grease em up again to avoid wrestling with them come spring.

Took my doors off for the first time today

3 out of the 4 doors came off extremely easy. The last one didn't want to come off... I think I'll use the lithium grease as well. Good call on that.

Not to hijack the thread, but I picked up the $12 "euro" mirror in this thread to be legal:

It went in pretty slick... It was only like $15. The only thing you have to do is drill out the plastic a little bit to accept the torx bolts.

I have always left the door surrounds on, when taking doors off. Going to start taking those off. Love the stock mirror on the hinge. Be worth buying one with the bracket. Thanks
