Default Drag Link End

i want to change the drag link outer socket/rod end that connects to the pitman arm and i am looking for something better than stock. i have searched and i have found contradicting answers about the moog ES3624 . in some posts i have read that you cannot put it on a stock drag link and others say you can. does anyone have a stock drag link with the moog end? if yes, do you have to grease them when you put them on and then re-grease after a certain amount of miles?

thanks for your help/response in advance

Default looked identical to me...

I just installed the Moog 3624 pitman tie rod end on my '08 Unlimited, it was a direct replacement with all metal construction and a zerk fitting to enable greasing in the future. I replaced all my tie rod ends and the replacements were OEM spec- sized, with 100% metal internals and zerk equipped. Amazon had the #3624 for $24.00. They are greased at the factory, but an initial greasing after installation to fill the boot seal and then check every other oil change or so.....( 6-10,000 miles)
