So i own 2008 4 dr for a couple months and it was up for an oil change, not hard at all right? After trying to get the drain plug for 30 mins and stripping the bolt. I took it to a small oil place. Thinkin to myself wtf somebody went hulk on the plug. After hearing the guy scream shiiiit, coming back up and saying might not be able to get the plug off, u went to walmart cuz your truck has got the sticker. I said uhhh no thats the previous owner. He laughed and said i see this all the time when peoe come from walmart. As i get angry because of course something this simple will be this complicated. Luckily 5 mins later they got the plug off and replaced it for free. Sigh of releif and smoke a cig to calm my nerves. Anyways i have 6 quarts and a filter so i can change it myself next time. Anyone have this same crappy experience?

Had them only put 5 qts in on a dodge pu when 6 is full, I aint hating on walmart staff but wont trust somebody making minimum wage to handle something soo important anymore.

I've got my oil changed a few times at Walmart but I try to avoid getting it done there. At my Walmart there is always a huge line, unless you get there as soon as the service department opens. 90% of the time there is only two people working: a really old man and a kid around 19. They are soooo slowwwww.
