Have a 2007 JKU that I just replaced the front driver's door latch assembly in because the locking actuator was frozen up. Now when I hit the lock button on the remote, the door lock rocker flutter 3 or 4 times and does not lock. Looking for any help that I can get figuring this out.

Welcome from GA! Maybe there is a bind and/or the actuator is not working. Since it is trying it seems like it is being trigger to lock/unlock. You could verify the voltage as well.

 

I had that issue and simply sprayed WD40 into the switches (all) and flooded them then wiped up the mess. She works now!!
