Default Driving Computer Dead

Anyone have issues with the driving computer? Mine quit three days after I took delivery in June. It failed to come on once the second day I had it when I started it, then came on again and worked fine until late on the third day when it failed to come on when I started it and never came back on again. I took it to a dealer around the corner from where I work, not where I purchased it, which was a mistake (NW Jeep in Beaverton, OR) for an 8 am appointment. I called them at 3 pm and they had'nt even looked at it yet which ticked me off, and I couldn't leave it so they could have another day to get to it as I had to leave town. I have been unable to arrange the time to take it anywhere else yet, but I did pull the dash apart to be sure all of the connectons to the speedometer cluster circuit board were connected and tight but there were no problems there, of course the dealer was sure this was the problem, of course. I'm hoping to get it in soon, but I thought I would check to see if anyone else had experienced anything similar.

nope. no problems starting or while driving the JK Unlimited. just the issue with the faulty light staying on and the fuel gauge moving from full to empty a few times. sounds to me like they could have some grounding issues. who knows?

don't you just love electrical problems?
