Adjustment is done on the E-brake or parking brake drum to each wheel, pull the rubber dust plug and turn the adjustment star

So I guess that means that Jeep used the Drum inside the Disc rotor e-brake like the Ford 8.8 axle?

crud - I hate that setup.

well, i dont see any parking brake drum or any dust boot ,
all i see is the e-brake cable attached to a hook into a slot that goes up or down when the e-brake is not engaged and tensioned when it is???????

You don't see what looks like a brake drum on the ends of rear axle?
