Default Electrical Issues

I had three computer updates done at the dealer last week. The 20,000mi service was done along with an oil change. Now my oil read out is showing 58% after 400mi. I have also gotten the alarm for my right back blinker going out but it clears when I shut off the car and turn it back on. Anyone else having problems?

Maybe they didn't reset the oil indicator back to zero?

I reset the oil sensor but I'm still wondering about the tail light issue. Thanks for your time

Are your taillights factory or have you swapped in LEDs?
