Default Electronic Locker Problem

I have had a continuing problem with my Rubi and the Electronic Lockers. I have had them worked on in the dealership. They already rebuilt the rear saying the magnetic mechanism was bad. Once I got it home I tried to engage the lockers and I am seeing intermittent problems. The lights flash sometimes they go solid (engaged) then they go flashing again. Has anyone had this problem? I am skeptical that now the front is bad and maybe the rear again! I think it maybe a problem with actual sensor that tracks the other components that need to be engaged 4-wheel low, rear locker, rpm, mph. A lot of things that may be preventing the magnetic linkage from engaging. It's driving me crazyAny help would be appreciated

Sometimes they take a second or so to cycle through, the flashing may be normal. How much time are you giving them?

I give them plenty of time to engage. By the way it's not normal, the dealer had given me a printout from the tech resource which states how and when the lights and lockers would and would not engage. I am at a loss, i guess I have to take it back to the shop.
