I wish they had made a light that could be easily removed to look at other areas of the engine compartment with.

Mine came with the light but the dealer said the new ones from now on will not have a light under the hood. Go Figure! Maybe it's a cover up to prevent the production from grinding to a stop.

My light is not properly secured as there is clearly a push in clip along the wire that has no hole in the area to be pushed into.

Come on DC. QC Please

Every JK I have seen has one under the hood...

This one was being detailed and the battery was disconnected so the lights not on but you can clearly see that it's there.

My Sahara was missing the light (wire was there), and the locking
fuel cap and spare tire cover were also missing. All are now at the
dealer waiting for me.

In WayOfLife's Picture you can see there is a "Christmas Tree" thing that is normally locked into a hole on the hood about 6 inches from the actual light that holds the wire in place and I noticed that it is not connected oin my JK and I see the same thing on this JK in the picture, I think the Robots to a break that day

My keeper wasn't attached either. I just pushed the barbs into the padding and problem fixed.

My Rubicon has no light. Jeepcom says every package but the X B package should have one.

My JK arrived with no light under the hood. I noticed it when I picked the Jeep up. I mentioned something about it to them before I left the lot. They ordered the light, no questions asked.
