Engine flush

So been reading up on amsoil engine flush.....yes no? Pros, cons,
Different brand? Any suggestions

I have never used the engine flush but have been using amsoil in my Harleys and our company work trucks... for years I changed to amsoil in the 2011 JK will change at 10.000 miles... engine temp drops between 15 to 18 degrees with amsoil.....
