Default Engine Stall-TIPM/M19 Fuse? 2012+

Hello-
My 2012 JK Auto has dead-stalled twice now. Engine dies, it won't turn over, power steering is gone- but the electrical system still works. No warning- no flashing lights. Just literally dies. The first time it was the M19 fuse. We replaced it- and all seemed good. A couple of weeks later- exactly the same thing. Blown M19- except this time each new fuse blew as well. I had to call a tow truck and take it to the dealer. Who has no clue and just wants to replace the M19 fuse- which clearly is going to blow again.
There is currently a class action lawsuit over the TIPM (fuse box/power module). One of the listed problems is engine stall. However it does not seem to be a Wrangler issue- at least not the current engine.
Can anyone shed any light on the TIPM and/or the M19 fuse? Anyone have random engine stalls and/or odd electrical problems? I've read that supposedly the M19 fuse contains a safety shut-off- but I cannot confirm this. If a computer is somehow erroneously sending a signal that say, the Jeep is rolling, it would make sense that the engine cuts off. But I am on plain level road each time. However this is all Googled-info- looking for direct technical knowledge.
I am also questioning the PCM and TCM- which were re-flashed months ago when the head was replaced. I've had tranny problems since- that again, the dealer cannot explain. (Dealer A did the head, Dealer B knows nothing about it/can't fix it).
Thanks.
