I hate to say it this way. But its the JEEP God telling you to slow down. Jeep is not a sports car. They sway in a corner and that tells the ESP to slow you down to not roll over. Thats why it goes BLINK. BLINK. BLINK. BLINK. It is the Idiot Light. An if your not lifted the you probally need to listen to what it is saying. To the heat, your driven it to hard if its building up on short runs.

You need to shut off the ESP as the lift and tires is causing your ESP to go crazy when you take turns. Due to the difference in wheel speed is is applying the brakes to correct your path causing the light to flash in your dash and the heat from the brake pads being used.

Here is how you disable it.

1. Place transfer case into neutral
2. Start Jeep
3. Turn steering wheel 180 degrees (jeep logo should be upside down) to the right and hold it in place.
4. While holding the wheel in place press and hold the traction control button in the center dash for 7 seconds.
5. Turn steering wheel to the left 360 degrees so once again the jeep logo is upside down and hold it.
6. hold the traction control button in the center dash for 7 seconds.
7. Re center the steering wheel and hold it there.
8. hold the traction control button in the center dash for 7 seconds.
9. Turn off the Jeep.

This should disable your ESP and stop causing the system to kick in every time you take a turn. When you turn on the Jeep it should say in the odometer ESPOFF if you did it correctly.

Did you recenter the steering wheel when you did the lift kit? If not, the computer is getting confused. It sees that the steering wheel is turned a certain amount yet the Jeep isn't turning the amount the computer thinks it should be so it's applying the brakes in an attempt to make the Jeep do what it's supposed to do according to the program.
