Exhaust vibration..

Kinda sounds like a heat shield of sorts. Anybody experience this before? Or know what it might be?

I have the same "vibration" goes away when rig is warmed up. I've spent some time hunting under the jeep, but have not found it yet.

I've noticed that I can make it vibrate on command by fluctuating the gas pedal to certain rpm's ... Annoying as hell.

Sounds like a heat shield. Do a search, there are a number of threads here on the subject.

Subscribed something vibrates and rattles on mine as well and sounds like the same issue.

I'll be crawling around under my jeep this weekend to try to find the source.

Check the exhaust cross member that runs in front of the transmission cross member. It has a heat shield that is spot welded to the exhaust pipe. one or two of the spot welds will break loose and cause a vibration that sounds like it is coming from the passenger side floor.

This is exactly the problem. My sister's 07 had this issue, if you don't have access to a welder or don't want to pay for it (like me :D) I fixed it by using a big flat screw driver and using it to separate the shield from the pipe. All you need is really little clearance between the two and the noise will go away .

Yeah, sometimes you can get away just prying the shield out some to give it some clearance. It worked for me.
