F@#$! My zipper on my top is busted!

I use dive suit zipper wax on all my zippers. works great.

Dive suit Zipper wax....never thought of that! Heading out this morning to find some. My rear window is also a PITA to get back on. The threads holding the mounting side of the zipper are coming loose. I will be heading to the dealership soon to see if thats covered.

Yea it's great and also stays in the heat a little better than straight wax

I had the same thing happen. Well i bought it that way used but I've only owned XJ's and never anything with a soft top. How was I supposed to know it was broke? If they won't help me out and a marine shop says anything over $200 to fix, might be a good excuse for a Trektop (always have loved the slant back style)

I thought best case I they would press another small metal clip thing onto the zipper start for the rear window. I tried to get tinted rear windows too when he said a new top was on the way! He laughed at me, and said to come back in a week to get the top on.
