Default Factory Reset: Tried Everything

I'm at my wit's end. I've got a 2015 jku rubi and have added a backup camera by eway from amazon. My problem is flashing the stereo which is stock RHB with xm/nav. I've tried codes, obd, even disconnected the battery for a couple of hours and nothing works. When I put the obd in as shown in the videos I don't get a honk :(
The ground is set and the unit is getting power from the reverse light.
I don't get any acknowledgment from the stereo that there is a camera attached.
Anything else I can do?
Should I pay the dealer the $130 and have them flash it?

Call around to different dealers and see if you can find one that will do it for free, or at least much cheaper than that. Maybe at the same time you have an oil change or some other service if you still take your Jeep to a dealer for that.

I wonder if the Jscan app would allow you to activate the back up camera in the factory radio.
