Lots of guys have reported some weird interior paint schemes. roll bars like you some floor pans, it's a hit or miss kind of thing. I haven't removed my roll bar pads or enough of my carpet to thoroughly inspect. there are a few threads on it. if you mull your way through the zany search results you'll find something.

Lol they only spray the areas that are exposed. Cheap way to cut corners....my cage looks the same. It's all random spraying.

All the same. Honda's, Accura's, BMW's, Benz, Caddy. All the same. Only the e-coat in covered areas. Won't hurt a thing.

it does kind of ruin the 'all black' look I was going for, guess the padding can stay.

I bet if you were to bed line the roll cage it would look pretty good! Personally I don't like the roll cage matching the body color.

Mine is a 2007 Sahara and is the same. Paint only where it is exposed. I did not care because I do not plan to use it without the pads.
