Default Factory Soft Top - Will it fit

This seems to be a pretty straight forward question and answer, but just want to confirm.

Will a 2007 Model Year JK Factory Soft Top fit a 2008 MY JK?

Just make sure you have the door surrounds too (if switching from hard top)

I am assuming that they will be in the box. It is a stock soft top that I am buying and he has never had it out of the box.

Or am I wrong to assume this?

Should all be in the box. Takin mine off today puttin on the hardtop. Do NOT over tighten the knobs that hold on the window surrounds. Many here have stripped theirs. First times a bitch but after that its a piece of cake.

There should be two boxes and the main soft top. One for windows, one for surrounds. Best to check inside.

Will a 2010 factory soft top fit a 2007? The 10 has a different way of securing around the front and I didn't know if it would work on the earlier JK.
Thanks

If your looking for a new top, I would suggest getting one from an 07 or 08. I think they changed the design a little in 2009.
