Default Fender question

So I have gotten my stock fenders muddy, and I've washed the Jeep 3 times, and scrubbed the fenders, but the mud still won't come out of the little nooks and crannys. Is there a secret, or a special product that gets mud off the fender?

Simple Green and a scrub brush, then 303 protectant
