Default a few questions...

Ok so I was wondering what the significant purpose in life the plastic air damper under the front bumper serves...? probably just gonna remove it when I get off later been wanting to anyways..

I was wondering if anyone elses AC will stay on after they turn their jeep off and get out..? If so what is the reasoning behind this?

Also I was wondering if $475 was a decent price to have a line-x liner sprayed inside the jeep? both of my trucks have a spray in liner but it was done by the dealership before I bought them so Im not farmiliar with the cost of this.

Thanks in advance!

can't wait to get off work and be topless and doorless again

It's suppose to make the jeep more aerodynamic and you'll get about .2 better MPG. Your better off removing it, before it gets ripped off if/when you go offroading

I haven't done it, but from what i read on the forums (depending on location) that is a really good price, even if you do the prep work yourself. I've seen people pay up to 800 even when they did the prep work themselves

thanks for the reply.. I do agree that thing is going to end up getting knocked off somewhere surprised it didn't when I was going through the rice fields or playing on the beach the other night. I only use the ac because 110+ temperature here in south texas gets a little warm after awhile

Wow thats hot, Bet you still need AC even with top and doors off. couldn't imagine sitting in traffic with that type of heat

also bedlining is a good idea if you like topless/doorless alot, Because if it rains you just need to pull the drain plugs and be on your way.. Been wanting to bedline mine for a long time, but cheapest quote i got in my area was around 700 if I did the prep work

yeah it gets pretty hot but thankfully I live in the country and its only a 10 mile drive to work. i couldn't survive in the city id get into to much trouble

yeah 700$ is quite steep for a bedliner i would have to diy if i had to pay that.. cant wait to get mine done but dont want to be with out the jk for 2 days...
