If i printed out the TSB and brought it to Jeep, its not an actuall recall so they dont HAVE to fix it right? Will they fix it?

They should fix it. It's just like the TSB about the hard top leak. If yours squeeks then the TSB is just helping them to pinpoint the problem and fix it.

Im just thinking that the stealership wont want to invest money into fixing the problem, as all of our jeeps with the problem are under factory warranty i would think. If you have a good dealership, than they should be good about it.

This is exactly what the case is. The dealerships do not want to deal with the problem. The 2nd dealer I wnd to said they would GLADLY take care of it since Chrysler would be footing the bill. Their money is as good as mine.

Yeah, I don't get why they wouldn't fix it - Chrysler is footing the bill. That dealership sounds more lazy than anything else. At least you've hopefully found a good dealership now.

Warranty repair rate paid by Chrysler = 50% of normal shop repair rate. That's a pretty good reason. If I told you that you would come to work today to get paid 50% of your salary, you would not be very happy doing it
