What is the best place to pass wire though for aux lights ?

the panels on your dash facing the doors pop out real easy. There is a hole on both passenger and driver sides to pass wire through.

Also, under the steering column up high about 11 o'clock is another hole, probably the best one since it it an easier access point.

Thats for the rear washer hose and an excellent access.

 

If you have an auto you can also go through the hole in the firewall where the clutch would come through on a manual.
