This must not be a new problem as I have an 08. Hard top was fine for 18 months then the rear door seal started leaking at the top in the center. Mentioned it to the stealer when there for something else. They ordered a new seal and installed it a week later at no charge.

x2 ... My 07 does it too and this is a viable fix.

Whenever mine starts leaking I give both the seal & the inside of the window glass a good clean to get all the dirt & dust off it; that usually stops the leaks for 3 or 4 months. I'm guessing the seal will also stiffen up in very cold weather making it more prone to leaks as well (from your location in your avitar I'd say it's pretty cold right now up there?).

Mine started at the bottom of the rear window. I found the rubber was coming away from the glass.

My 09 leaks also in the same location. It's a jeep thing.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm thinking the window got wet when opening one time. With cold weather some ice built up cause the leak.

I will keep an eye on it.
