I need ya'lls help. What should be the first mod I do to my completly stock 08 unlimited x?

Depends on your budget. If you want cheap mods, do some of the mods in the write-up section (mesh grille, painted a/c vents, drilling mirrors). If you have a but more cash, lift, wheels, tires.

 

that depends on what you plan on doing with it. if you realy want wheel it, recovery gear should be first (frt bumper/ winch)

 

I say get new tires and wheels... then send your old one to me for disposal...

 

I say do the simple stuff, grill, mirrors, door sill protectors, fuel filler door.

As for the lift and tires, why would you want to get rid of perfectly good , decent wheels and tires? If so you should have got the bone stock steel wheel pkg. And for the lift, unles you plan on doing some heavy offroading , keep it stock. Everyones jeep I see is starting to look like each others. Lifted , big tires, they all look the same, ho hum.

I've seen more like that on the road than a nice stock Sahara , x or Rubicon.

Everyone thinks "theirs" looks different from another, but they don't. Nothing more than a little dick pissing contest.

 

My 08 Sahara Unlimited came with the same painted air vents. Apparently DC reads these posts.
