Can anyone give insight on how to change the Differential fuild and transmission fluid the correct way? I have done my oil changes for a long time, just never needed to do either of these.

When I change my differential fluid i pull the covers and clean the inside of the dif with brake clean spray. Let it dry and replace the dif cover with quality gasket and refill. I change it whe in water or every 15k miles.

The transmission always gets the pan dropped and the filter changed. I do it every 30k miles. Clean the inside of the pan with brake clean and clean off the old gasket.
Change the filter and use a quality transmission fluid. I like Valvoline. When you put the pan back on don't overtighten the pan bolts.

I havn't done any of this maintenance on my new JK yet but this is how I have done my other trucks.
