Default Fog Light Harness

My JK has a front bumper that does not have fog lights.

My friend installed a winch bumper on his JK and gave his front bumper to me.
This bumper comes with fog light.

I removed my bumper and found that there is a wire coming from the hood to my
bumper but it does not go anywhere, neither does it has any harness on it. I am pretty
sure this wire can provide power to the fog light. But how can I add harness to
this wire so that my fog light can be turned on.

Another question is my JK does not have fog light switch, do I need to get a new
switch, or can I configure it so that fog light alwyas come on with headlight.

Suggestions/Hints?

Default Wire on the front

DO NOT MESS WITH THE EXISTING WIRE!!! There are other posters that discussed installing FLs and discovered that wire is related to something else.
I have a JK without factory Fogs. You need to invest in a wiring kit. I've be looking at the ones with the remote control... no need to mount a dash switch and run wire through the firewall/dash.
