First, there are two kinds of fog lights. There are the oval ones, which comes with all you need to add fogs to an X, and then there is the round ones, which are what comes factory on the Sahara and Rubicon.

The aftermarket mopar fogs for an X (oval ones), come with absolutely everything you need and with instructions. This is about $225 or so.

But if you want the round ones, you need to somehow get the bumper cover with fog holes (or other bumper), get the fog lights, and then get the kit from above to make it like factory or wire it yourself with a separate switch. (I'm going from memory here, but the bumper cover alone is around $215 I think, the fogs are about $200 EACH one, and again, the kit to make it factory is $225 or so, but going this route leaves you now with two extra oval fog lights.)

So, if you want the round ones, I suggest hunting down a bumper cover and the fogs from people on the forum. You can probably get both for anywhere from $50 to $200 (Instead of $600 or so new from factory). Then buy your own switch and wiring harness (I paid less than $20 for both), and wire it up yourself.

The install depends on which route you take. Hope this answers your question.

Stock....not stalk.

Sorry, it's the anal, verbiage police. I can't help it.

So, now I need a wiring harness for my new stock foglights...
anyone have a write-up!?
