Fog lights plus
You'll likely overload the circuit if you run them in parallel with the factory lights. Additionally it may be illegal (depending on the state) to use 6 forward white lights on driveable roadways anyway. Since you're likely adding lights to enhance the fogs, why not simply replace the factory lights with something that won't overload your circuit? Otherwise you're wiser running a relay and installing 2 new lights on a dash switch.
You would likely be able to parallel a relay with the front stock fogs for a control ckt, then run a power ckt to the new lights from the battery through the relay contacts.
As was posted, it may not be legal in some states, and may piss alot of people off if used while onroad.
If you do be, sure to properly wire and fuse the power ckt.

It can be done, but you'll have to do some underhood wiring. If you run too high of wattage, the TIPM will shut off the lights. I just used the factory wires to the fog lamps to turn on a relay and my relay powers up the lights. This way there's no cheesy switches installed and everything works off the factory fog lamp switch. This also fools the TIPM so it doesn't shut anything down
It shouldnt be a problem at all. Simply install the lights, put a relay on with the stock fogs or headlights as the trigger, the power to the relay from the battery, and ground to a chassis ground. It should be pretty basic.
However I have come across cars in the past that have negativly switched headlights (where they are turned on by grounding the light instead of giving it power). I dont know if the Jeeps are like that but either way it can be done. you would just need to set up the relay a little differently.
