DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT apply Rain-X to the inside of your windows! If you do, when the windows get dirty in the inside or when they begin to fog up the Rain-X highlights the streak marks from when it was applied, makes it hazy and looks horrible. And it's almost impossible to remove after applied.

You could try addressing the root problem with some weather stripping and gorilla tape.
