40 mins.. not 10.

I was just thinking of that commercial about that guy hanging a picture on a wall and him saying he was some kind of home improvement genius.. anyway.. I am such a dork.

My top is actually pretty nice to me.. didn't beat me up too bad

ditto
"I would like to know the fold.. or if anyone has a picture of what it is supposed to look like, that would be nice. Mine looks like I i wadded it up and stuffed it behind the back seats. "

The best I could get it was still about 6" above the tub. Posted a pic at http://my.project-jk.com/showphoto.php?photo=1270

Anyone have pics of it more hidden/lower?

That's pretty much the height mine sits at when lowered. As long as the plastic door seals get in a "V" shape tucked inward it will sit that low.

I played around with trying to get mine nice and neat a couple of times and pretty much failed. After I put the top back up everything was nice and straight so I assumed that's pretty much the only way to fold them.

yep, I messed with it a while all 3 times I've had the top down, and it always sticks several inches above the tub. Does anyone know of a boot for a 2-dr to cover up this mess? My JK came with what appears to be a 4-dr boot I found sitting on the floor under the rear seat. useless spare parts for me...

Mopar lists one on their website i believe. There is another thread running right now where someone asked for a pic of one... Dunno if that has been answered yet or not.

I did a search and only found one small pic of a 2-dr boot, and it was a beige/brown color. Mopar lists black only.
Sure would like to see an installed 2-dr soft-top boot pic.

Try "the Window Roll" by Clover Patch. From the pictures I've seen on various websites it looks pretty neat, although I haven't bought it yet!

I have it, it doesnt go over like a boot, But it does look good sitting on the top of the header, it makes it appear to be a boot.

If you need somewhere to store that "useless" boot i'll give it a good home in PA.
