Default Freedom Panels Line Up?

Do your freedom panels line up straight if you look along the windshield header seal? My drivers side panel is ~1/8" further back where the panels meet. I'm wondering if this is the cause of a whistle I have between 60-80km/hr.
It doesn't seem like I can 'twist' it to make it line up because of the way the seals fit tight at he door.

Mine are a bit off as well but I get no whistle or leaks from where you describe. Mine whistles on the windshield corners becasue the rock hard cage lifts them up so slightly. A slight trim to the panels would fix that.

oddly enough, mine line up perfect all the way around, and no leaks here.

I've actually never noticed that. As long as mine stays leak free, I really don't give a rat's butt.

Mine line up perfect. They also leak and whistle. If you don't have problems, count yourself blessed and don't worry about it. Dealer adjustments will only lead to frustration and more problems.

Alright, I'll leave it alone then, I do have a whistle but I'll need to troubleshoot first to see if it's coming from the seal in the front.

Mine line up, they haven't leaked in long while, and we have had plenty of rain, and the whistle I get is from the drivers mirror.

Mine line up as well but I still have a whistle where the panels join the back section. As others have said, as long as it doesn't leak I will be happy. /knock-on-wood

I guess I'm lucky too - they line up well, and no leaks.

As far as noises, that's why there's a loud stereo. I don't notice any noises.
