Default Freedom top leak during Tropical Storm Lee

I noticed my top was leaking during the recent TS Lee in the Gulf. I guess 3 days of hard rain and 40-50 MPH winds would do that. It was leaking at the back window. I'm going to try to clean the rubber seals and see if that works.

My 2 door JK has been to the dealer twice for this, new passenger side door seal, and still leaks, now its coming from the roof in the center around the rear veiw mirror. going back to the dealer thursday. really getting tired of this, almost $30,000 should not be having problems like this.
