Front Brakes Skid When Brakes Are Applied
Hey folks, i've owned my 2016 JK 75th Anniversary 2 door for a few years now. I've always noticed that in winter conditions,in two wheel drive, when I apply the brakes, my rear wheels stop normally for an ABS, however my front wheels lock up. This obviously makes steering impossible as the jeep wants to go straight when your trying to turn, such as pulling into a parking space. When in 4 x 4 the front wheels don't lock up and operate normally...Am I out to lunch, is this normal?? I had a 2007 jk 4 door and it didn't do this. I have no code appearing on the dash, either ABS, traction control or check engine. Any insight would be helpful. I don't want to bring it to the dealer unless I have to as they'll gladly take my money just to tell me it's normal.
