Here are the instructions from the service manual:
- Remove the push pin fasteners and release the splash shield from the bumper.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the outer and inner support bolts and remove the front bumper.
I hate to sound arrogant, and I am new to this forum as well (experienced on others) but have you even looked under to see? It is very simple if you take the time to actually look.
4 nuts and it's off.
Dents?
Naw...throw it away.

You can remove most if not all the dents in the Plastic by simply using a hair dryer and massaging the warm plastic.
Someone backed into mine last week and crushed in the plastic.
I wanted to just remove the platic piece but simply decided to use a little heat to try to pop it out. and that seemed to work pretty good.
It's not perfect, but its not crushed in. Just use the hair dryer to heat it and massage it for about 10 or 15 min and you can get most if not all the dent to pop back out.
