front diff capacity

I changed the differential fluids in my 08 JKU Sahara. The write up I found shows the front should take 1.35 quarts. After putting in less than 1 quart it started to run out of the filler hole. What amount is right fo the Dana 30?

After market diff covers?Stock should be at the threads,after market 1"below the hole

Thanks for the info. Stock covers. I had filled it to the bottom of the filler hole. Just wanted to be sure I hadn't missed something since it didn't take the amount expected.
