Front doors hard to close

I have a 2 door soft top and the passenger door shuts fine. The drivers is harder to shut. About half the time I end up getting the "door" message on the display and have to open and shut it again. I might see if the dealer can adjust it.

My doors close harder with the hard top on as well; it's from the tight seal.
There are no issues closing it with even a window cracked open. I like the fact that it's so airtight not even water can get in, which is important here in the NW.
