Default Front Seat Bolt Removal

How do you get the drivers side rear left bolt out? No beaker bar fits. Can't barely get a socket on it?

Not a problem with the torque, I can't even get a socket on it. There doesn't seem to be a way to get access too it?

If you can't get that bracket out of the way, maybe an open ended wrench with a cheater bar over it.
