It appears the fuel filter is located inside the tank? If so, is it easily replaceable? Has anyone replaced theirs? How do you get to it?

 

If your JK falls withen the unlimited year/mileage gas tank recall, you can just wait until you hit 100k miles or so and then have the recall done. Mine pukes gas at 45k miles, but since it's easy enough to keep it from doing so with a few tricks, I'm waiting to have the work done until I want the fuel pump and filter changed as well. As far as I know, it's all replaced together.
