Default gas leak filler hoses 2009 Unlimited Rubicon

I found this the other day on my 2009 with 37k miles.

Is the solution to replace tje rubber pieces ? Or go to dealership.
One is at the entrance at the tank the other one is at the other end of the gas line.

FYI I never felt a gas smell, I just happened to look because I got a new creeper so I was looking under just to look.
Recommendations?

I have a 2009 with 39K miles and noticed signs of a minor leak in the same places while installing a skid on the fuel eval canister.

They told me that it wasn't gas, that it was lube that they used at factory to insert the hose.

I still believe it is gas.
