Default Gas over flowing while filling up

I have a 2K7 JK. Everytime I fill up at ANY gas station, it overflows everytime, at any station i get gas. any ideas?

I have heard them talk about a rollover check valve in the fill tube that gets hung up.

I have had the same problem for years and have never got a soultion. I did see one thread a while ago about people trying to get it clamed as a recall.

There is a known issue. Some JK have issue and some do not.

My 2.8 CRD has just started doing this. Been fine for 6 months but has done it several times lately. Sigh..

There is a TSB on this. You can look up the number but the bottom line is they will replace your tank with no cost.
